A quick guide to placing an order
- Browse our store ?
- Choose the product you want.
- Change the colour and size if applicable. Click ‘add to cart’.
- You’ll be given prompts to view your cart or proceed to checkout each time you’ve added a product to your cart.
If you missed these prompts don’t worry. Click on ‘Your Cart’ at the very top of the page.
- You’ll now see your cart and the products you’ve chosen. From here click ‘Proceed to checkout’.
- You’ll now be asked for your billing details as well as delivery address.
You’ll also see the option ‘Create an account’. You don’t have to create an account if you don’t want to. If you DO we will remember your details and you don’t have to type them again next time. So…Check this box. You’ll have to choose a password here. You now have an account.
- Once you’ve completed everything on this page click on ‘Place order’ at the bottom of the page.
- You’ll now be redirected to Payfast, our payment domain. Follow their instructions to make the actual payment.
- Once you’ve completed the payment you’ll be automatically redirected to our store. You’ll receive an order confirmation email from us.
- Your order is now placed!
Who is JESS GOODS SOUTH AFRICA?
JESS GOODS SOUTH AFRICA is an online shopping experience easy and reliable. We strive to provide excellent customer service and great products. We are based in Gordon’s Bay, we do however courier and post country wide.
How does shopping with us work?
Shopping made simple:
Choose from the products you would like on the website and add them to your cart. When you are done shopping simply choose checkout to be taken to the delivery options. We will need your delivery details including. Postal code, cell number, and email address are very important for delivery.
Then CHOOSE your desired DELIVERY option from: Courier to your door or Postnet to Postnet.
Thereafter you can also CHOOSE the PAYMENT method. We offer 3 payment options:
1. EFT (electronic fund transfer)
2. FNB (First National Bank) ATM straight deposit. You can do the payment at any FNB ATM.
3. Card payment with Payfast. (100% secure online card payment)
After all your delivery details are entered and the payment has been made we will start preparing your package, the package is dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment having been cleared. Delivery will depend on your chosen delivery option.
At checkout under “ORDER NOTES” don’t forget to let us know if you would like a FREE CHRISTIAN GIFT with your order (Subject to availability)
All our packages are quality checked and carefully prepared before leaving our warehouse but if you encounter any problem with your order you are welcome to contact us and we will assist you further. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will go out of our way to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience.
Any product that is in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared.
When will my order be sent?
Your order will be sent within 1-2 business days after your payment has reflected into our bank account.
What will delivery cost?
Shipping costs are EXCLUDED from the product prices and will be added to your final total. Free delivery could apply to specific specials.
For EFT Payments, parcels will only be packed and sent when your payment is reflected in our bank account.
Shipping is currently only within South Africa. For rural areas we can send packages through the post-office to post-office service.
You can choose from our delivery options:
1. Courier to your door: price varies according to destination (takes 2-4 working days, depending on the city where you stay and has a tracking number)
2. Post office to Post-office – To any city in South Africa: (takes 5-7 working days and has a tracking number)
3. Postnet to Postnet: R99 (takes 2-5 working days and has a tracking number)
If you choose this option just make sure there is a Posnet in your city.
How do I track a parcel?
Click on the tracking link appropriate to your shipping method under the Home menu at the top of our website. Enter your tracking number and you would be able to know exactly where your package is at that moment.
Is there a phone number?
Due to our high volume of orders and to be able to provide a fast service to all our clients we do not provide an office number.

Warranty
In case that you encounter any problems with your order, we offer a 7 day warranty on all our products from date of receipt. Returns can only be accepted if the item with the problem is returned with the retail box intact and all its components included (Very Important: Clients are responsible for courier cost)

How do I get the free Christian gift?
At checkout please request your FREE Christian gift in the “ORDER NOTES” box. Subject to availability.
Can I buy if I don’t have a credit card?
Yes, you can do an EFT (Electronic fund transfer) or a FNB bank ATM deposit. No need to have a credit card.
Can I pay with my credit card online?
Yes, you can. Just choose the appropriate option at checkout.
Bulk orders
Please message us if you are interested in purchasing in bulk (more than 5 pieces) and we would be able to offer you the appropriate discounts. Discounts would depend on the number of pieces per product purchase. The more pieces the more discount.

Covid-19 – Delivery during lockdown

Can I pay with cash?
If you only have cash – you can do a CASH ATM deposit at any ATM.
Where is our store located?
Our store is an online stop (no physical shop) located in Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa and we offer delivery to anywhere in South Africa. You can choose from our delivery choices at checkout.

Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer.
Pricing
Jess Goods South Africa reserves the right to change prices at any time, but not once your order has been paid for.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Jess Goods South Africa offers different shipping methods. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
*Important Notes: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time 1-2 business days normally
Shipping time 1-10 business days (Depending on your preferred delivery method)
Packages will only be sent after full payment reflects in our bank account. EFT might take up to 2 working days to clear. Once the payment has cleared your package will be dispatched.
Be aware that each delivery option has a different average shipping time, from 1-2 days to up to 10 business days. Be aware of this when making your choice among shipping methods.
Return & Refund
